Worldwide shipping
We guarantee that will ship your order after processing it. Estimated processing time for non customized products is between 5 and 10 business days. For custom size audio racks and speaker stands we need around 6 weeks to manufacture, depending on the availability of needed material, please contact us on info@hifi-furniture.com
Delivery time for Regular Shipping option is usually 7 - 14 business days after shipping date, but in some cases, you may need to wait few more days, since all our goods are sent from Europe.
Delivery time for some parts of Western Europe can be reduced to few days if you choose payment on delivery option, please contact us on info@hifi-furniture.com to se if it available for your location.
The time of delivery does not include non-working days of the incoming and outgoing operator, the time when the package can be delayed at customs, and holidays of the incoming and outgoing operator. Order normally should be delivered to your home address, but in some case and some countries you will be invited to pick up your order in post office point. Due to extra post office security checks it can happen that shipment take longer to reach you. Delays in shipments can also be expected in the busy holiday seasons, when operators handling of shipment goes much slower.
Shipping cost for Europe is included in the product price, for the rest of the world it is calculated at the check-out. For non-standard sizes please contact us at info@hifi-furniture.com for shipping cost.
The price shown with the product does not include customs fee and local taxes that could occur in the country of the recipient. Serbia has free trade agreements with most of the World therefore to customs fees in most countries, including USA, EU, most of the Middle East, Russia, South-east Asia, even China will be added to the list by the end of the 2023. Please inform yourself about customs regulation in your country and contact your local customs office (our goods use 9403 international tariff code most of the time). We don't control and cover these costs. In some cases, when your order goes through customs procedure, you may get information in notice form, with further instructions regarding paying customs fee in order finish delivery process. Please be aware of this notice and participation of customs service in delivery process. It also may affect on delay of your order.
If your purchase exceeds 1.000 EUR it will be divided into few separate parcels of which none will exceed the 1.000 EUR threshold, constituting it as small value parcel that follow less complicated customs procedures (depending form country to country).
